confusion as to this song’s meaning can cause most people to do a double-take
when they see the title translated…
“I Can Take Off My Panties!!”

The story of the song is even stranger. Rin is 14 years of age, and all her older friends (I’m assuming she’s implying Miku, MEIKO, GUMI, Luka, etc…) are able to do ‘grown-up things’ with boys and such… Erm… The reason they’re talking about those things in front of Rin is never explained, but I digress. She wants to be grown-up too, but she’s not allowed to hang out with any boys (I’m guessing her twin Len still counts, but we’ll get to their relationship later). So she decides to prove to herself that she’s an adult just like her friends.
How does she do such a thing? (Let your mind wander to the gutter, this is Cracked.com you’re on!)
She decides to take off her underwear.
